Thank you for booking with Zion Mobile Spa. These policies keep the schedule fair for every client and let Rebecca give each session her full attention.
Booking
Sessions are by appointment, 7 days a week, 9 AM to 6 PM. Book in-office sessions online on our Book page; a 50% deposit is taken when you book. Mobile sessions are arranged by calling or texting (435) 313-1704 and are confirmed when you pay the 50% deposit through the secure payment link we text you.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full, or moved to your new time. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or for missed appointments.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, or we cannot start a mobile session on time because the space is not ready, your session may need to end at its scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. The full session rate still applies.
Payment and tipping
A deposit of 50% of the session price is required to book, at the rate shown on the Services & Rates page at that time. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. A card processing fee is added to card payments and shown before you pay. Tips are appreciated but never expected, and can be given in person.
Your health
Before your session, please tell Rebecca about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or areas you would like her to avoid. For some conditions we may ask you to check with your doctor first. Rebecca may decline or adjust a session when massage would not be safe.
