This policy explains what information Zion Mobile Spa collects when you use zionmobilespa.com, contact us, or book a session, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the message you send, and booking details such as the service, date, time and, for mobile sessions, the address where you would like your massage.
- Health information you choose to share before or during a session (for example injuries, pregnancy or areas to avoid). We ask for this only so your massage is safe and comfortable.
- Basic website usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This data does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
- To provide a safe, personalized session.
- To send occasional updates only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to receive texts (on our contact form or when you book), Zion Mobile Spa will text you booking confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to your questions, and occasional messages about openings and offers. Message frequency varies: usually up to 5 messages per booking and no more than 4 promotional messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, or call (435) 313-1704. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Services that help us run the business
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate: our customer and messaging system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) to store contact details and send messages, our online booking calendar, Google Analytics for website statistics, Google Maps for the map on our Directions page, and our website host. These providers process information only to deliver their service to us.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep client records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations. Information is stored with the providers listed above, protected by passwords and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop receiving messages, by emailing info@zionmobilespa.com or calling (435) 313-1704.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. A parent or guardian books and consents for any client under 18.
